4.  Overtime exceeding 5 hours counted as one working day
5.  In case of monthly charter, working time for the chauffeur is 22 days a month 8 hours a day, RANGLEE responsible for the repairs, wear and tear to the automobile while the HIRER bears gas oil cost, toll and parking if any.
